I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately. I’m off work on a temporary sick leave for my mental health. My doctor and therapist gave me book titles to research and I’m currently reading Sherri Van Dijk’s book on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) , Calming the Emotional Storm.
